Hotel Chocolat Promo Codes & Coupons November 2026

Great find for chocolate lovers!

I was browsing for some unique gifts last week and stumbled upon Hotel Chocolat. I really wanted to try their chocolate macarons, and with a VIP.ME account, I got about 20% off which was a nice bonus. Entering the code at the basket was straightforward, no issues there. I'm always on the lookout for good deals, and their offers are definitely worth checking out compared to places like Thorntons or Lindt. Plus, they actually have some decent nut-free options too, which is a big win for my family! Will be back for more soon. 🍫

Great Christmas shopping experience

Last week, my Christmas chocolate boxes arrived quickly; the VIP.ME discount applied easily at checkout.

Always reliable for gifts!

Needed a quick gift card for a friend, but disappointed they don't do instant e-delivery for them yet. My Cocoa Gin arrived super fast as usual.

Decent choc, delivery just okay

Anyone else think Hotel Chocolat delivery takes a bit? I ordered a chocolate fountain for a party, and while the vegan chocolate selection was great, it arrived a day later than I hoped. Luckily, I got a good deal applied at the basket with my VIP.ME account.

Perfect for a Chocolate Lover's Wedding!

We were looking at wedding favors, and the Individual Chocolate Selectors caught our eye. The website was super easy to navigate, and finding their nut-free options was straightforward, which was a huge relief for some of our guests. Placing the order was simple, and the VIP.ME account did activate the special offer without any fuss when I logged in. Delivery was quick, and everything arrived perfectly packaged, looking really elegant. It's definitely a cut above Thorntons, and the quality for the price felt right.

Great gifts and speedy delivery

My order for Valentine's Day gifts arrived yesterday, and everything was well-packed. I was a bit worried about adding a gift message, but the option was clear at checkout. The cocoa vodka is a nice touch, and it was easy to apply my VIP.ME discount at the basket stage, saving me a good amount.

hotel chocolat order was perfect

grabbed some white chocolate biscuits with a code for about 20% off, definitely needed that VIP.ME login to get it working but it was super easy. entered the code at the basket stage, no problem. the biscuits arrived quickly and were so good, really fresh. i was able to track the order every step of the way too which is always nice. way better than some other chocolate brands i've tried, like thorntons, these just hit different.

Good chocolate, but checkout was tricky

Unlike Green & Black's, Hotel Chocolat offers unique Father's Day gifts like the Billionaire's Shortbread, but applying my VIP.ME code at checkout was confusing.

Consistent quality and delivery

This was my third order from Hotel Chocolat; I got some giant chocolate slabs and a few packs of chocolate batons. As always, the chocolate was excellent, just what I expected. Delivery took about 5 days to reach me in California, which is standard for them and perfectly acceptable. I've always been happy with their packaging too, everything arrives intact. They are reliable for gifts or a personal treat, which is why I keep coming back. Never had an issue with any of my orders.

Loved the Velvetiser!

OMG, I finally got the Velvetiser and some accompanying pods, and it's amazing! It makes hot chocolate so creamy and perfect. I used it right away and loved it. I will definitely be buying more pods and probably other treats from them. My friends are going to hear all about this. Such a good purchase!
